How To Make Chocolate Cake
- The coffee in a heavy-based pan with melt the chocolate and butter.
- Break any lumps with your fingertips. Mix together light muscovado sugar, the flour, bicarbonate of soda, golden caster sugar and cocoa powder in a separate bowl.
- Stir in the buttermilk and beat the eggs.
- Stirring to a smooth consistency, egg mixtures into the flour and pour the chocolate.
- Bake in a preheated oven and Pour into your prepared tin.
